The ESI Members Meeting on May 2 is a great opportunity to network with other ESI members and North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality staff to further your environmental goals. This year you will hear from the new DEQ administration and cover topics such as regulatory updates, benefits of the ESI and sustainability in the future. The Steward Panel has been re-invented to provide a thoughtful moderated discussion on key issues like solid waste, water, energy and more. We will be presenting certificates, plaques and recognition to new partners and renewals. Additionally, 2017 marks a special occasion for the ESI, our 15-year anniversary, and as such we will be celebrating during this year’s members meeting.

The ESI Training and Networking Event on May 3 will cover a wide range of topics including: Setting Effective Environmental Goals, How to Talk to Your Waste Vendors, Analyze Your Utility Bills, Prepare for a Stormwater Inspection, B Corps and the B Corp Clinic, and more.

Registration fee of $30/person/day includes coffee, refreshments/snacks and a gourmet boxed lunch.
